IT companies with no eligibility criteria



           Nowadays, IT companies hiring candidates ,they look for a bachelor’s degree either in information technology or in computer science, these are the two basic qualifications for an IT job. Other bachelor’s degrees that are widely accepted such as Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering.



            Career plan in the IT company can be  classified into the two main categories hardware and software. In hardware,which include manufacturing, maintenance, research and development, and management. In software,include manufacturing, development, programming, software testing, and maintenance and support. Also include computer operations, database administration etc. IT companies also hiring  positions in the areas of networking, web designing, search engine optimization, computer programming, gaming, system/database administration, software testing, security, desktop support, technical writing, e-commerce, and software training.


               Today most  IT companies do not care about the eligibility criteria.  Though it is true that eligibility criterion varies every year from college to college depending upon the  job requirement, over the last few years most popular companies  recruited students who have less than  70 percentage. A fresher will always get better work  in a small IT company. It is more advisable to learn as much as in a small company for initial  years and then plan to join a MNC. This leads to get a chance to reach a higher position  in a small company.
